This listing sleeps a maximum of 6 people, and has parking for 2 cars ONLY. There is no additional street parking. Any day time guests must leave by 9pm, and total occupancy of the house must not exceed 8 people during the day and 6 people overnight.

Harbor House is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom shingle style cottage that sits on Pawtuxet Cove, overlooking the local harbor. One queen bedroom is tucked away in the back of the first floor, the master queen bedroom and full guest room are located on the second floor and share a full bathroom between them. The cozy living room is spacious enough for all guests to enjoy, equipped with a smart TV with complimentary Netflix for you to enjoy by the gas fireplace.

The eat in kitchen at Harbor House is a wonderful place to entertain or have family dinner, and opens out to your newly constructed 250 sqft. mahogany deck. The fenced in backyard is the perfect spot to play yard games in the spring and summer (we provide yard games!). The spacious front porch will be your new favorite place to start and end your days at Harbor House.

Our homes are protected by Minut. Minut is the home sensor built for privacy. Guest privacy is our first priority. Minut is camera-free. The Minut sensors measure sound levels without recording or listening, and measures occupancy by detecting how many devices are in the home, to help protect against parties and crowds. Minut devices don’t collect, store or share personal data. We also have an exterior Nest camera that faces the front door and driveway.

We don’t allow pets so that we can keep the guest space allergy free.

Absolutely no smoking (including e-cigs, vaping, marijuana, etc.) in or on the property.

No burning candles or incense, and no outdoor grilling.

Checkout is by 10:00am.

PARKING : You will have the entire house to yourself, with 2 parking spaces. The driveway will be available for your use during your stay, there is a strict maximum car allowance for 2 vehicles only. Please ONLY use the driveway during your stay, as there is no overnight street parking in the city of Cranston. We have wonderful neighbors that are very close so please consider them when you are using the outdoor spaces. The front porch, back deck, and fenced in backyard are all for your private use.

We live just down the street and will be available by text or call at any time if you need anything at all during your stay.

LOCATION : A quaint quiet neighborhood just a couple minutes walk to local boutiques, restaurants, a liquor store, breakfast spots, and lots more! Stillhouse Cove is less than a 5 minute walk and the ideal place to have a picnic right on the water.
