This listing sleeps a maximum of 2 people, and has parking for 1 car ONLY. There is no street parking for additional vehicles. Any day time guests must leave by 9pm, total occupancy must not exceed 4 people during the day & 2 people overnight. 

Your guest suite is equipped with a washer and dryer, a full kitchen with a Keurig, electric stove and oven, and a full bathroom. Your master bedroom overlooks the beautiful harbor and your spacious front porch. The french doors in the living room open out to your deck furnished with a cozy outdoor sectional. We provide complimentary Netflix for you to enjoy during your stay. You can have up to 2 guests in this one bedroom queen suite.

Please respect our neighbors, their privacy and their quiet. - Please no parties or events, playing loud music, or being loud in general.

Our homes are protected by Minut. Minut is the home sensor built for privacy. Guest privacy is our first priority. Minut is camera-free. The Minut sensors measure sound levels without recording or listening, and measures occupancy by detecting how many devices are in the home, to help protect against parties and crowds. Minut devices don’t collect, store or share personal data. We also have an exterior Nest camera that faces the front door and driveway.

We don’t allow pets so that we can keep the guest space allergy free.

Absolutely no smoking (including e-cigs, vaping, marijuana, etc.) in or on the property.

Any daytime guests must leave by 10pm.

No burning candles or incense, and no outdoor grilling.

No glitter or confetti.

Checkout is by 10:00am.

Guests have a separate and private entrance to the suite. The front door as well as the double French doors located on the back deck can be accessed with keyless entry. There is a separate unit on the 2nd floor of the property, this is separated by a door between the units with a deadbolt and padlock that only the host has the key to, so it cannot be opened by either unit.

PARKING : We have strict parking rules and only have ONE parking space for your use. Please only use the driveway during your stay, as there is no overnight street parking in the city of Cranston. We have wonderful neighbors that are very close so please consider them when you are using the outdoor spaces.

We live just down the street and are available by text, phone call, or email if you are to need anything. The guest suite has a self check-in keypad so you can easily check in when you arrive.

LOCATION : This property has unobstructed water views of the harbor that is directly across the street from the house. Pawtuxet Village is a 2 minute walk up the street with plenty of restaurants, yoga studios, nail salons, ice cream, etc. Providence is just a 10 minute drive or easy Uber ride from the house!

PLEASE NOTE :The second floor of the house is a separate rental suite so there will most likely be guests while you are there. They have a separate private entrance located on the second story deck in the back, the only shared space is the driveway. Please be respectful of their privacy and quiet during your stay.
